The Blue Mill is a superb contemporary development of quality apartments
just a hundred yards from the Fowey Estuary and within an easy level walk to
the centre of Fowey. Apartment twenty-one offers very comfortable
accommodation for three people. It is a great base from which to explore the
Fowey area.
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin.
The open plan living room has an excellent kitchen, dining area and comfortable seating and a door leading onto a small balcony with room to sit out. The balcony looks onto the steep hillside behind the property. From the side windows of the living room there are oblique views of the river across Caffa Mill car park. The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and a washer/dryer is located in the cupboard in the hall. A TV, DVD and CD/Radio are also provided.
There is underfloor heating and the cost of all electricity is included in the rent. Bed linen is supplied. Although this property is on the third floor there is a lift, providing easy access from the ground floor.
Weekly parking can be purchased in either of the two public car parks within a hundred yards of the property.
We regret pets are not allowed at this property.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
