This contemporary ground-floor apartment is located on the Esplanade just
a few minutes from the quays, inns and shops in the centre of the town.
Readymoney Cove is a short walk away and beyond that the cliff path leading
to St Catherine's Castle with its stunning views out to sea. The property is
nicely furnished and provides a good standard of accommodation for two
people.
There is a large double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower over the bath, washbasin, heated towel rail and toilet.
The living room is open plan with a comfortable sitting area and dining table, television, DVD, CD/Radio and a window looking onto the street. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge.
2 Marina Apartments has electric heating. The cost of electricity is included in the rent. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
It is possible to unload right outside the property. Weekly parking is available in the car park approximately 400 yards away.
A small well-behaved dog may be allowed by prior arrangement.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
