Most of our properties are located in Polruan and Fowey.  Polruan is generally a very steep village with many steps and very few properties with parking.  Fowey is steep in parts, although the lower part of the town is reasonably level.  Like Polruan it has very limited parking. Many of the properties we offer are very old and may have several levels or awkward stairs.  Some of our more modern properties are suitable for certain disabled visitors depending on individual requirements.
