Castle House Studio is a unique waterside property situated just twenty-five yards from the harbours edge. It has been painstakingly renovated and is equipped to a very high standard. The main windows and patio enjoy uninterrupted views across the harbour to Fowey and upstream to Bodinnick. Polruan’s village shops and inns and the ferry to Fowey are all within easy walking distance.

There are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower-bath, lavatory and washbasin.  A second double bedroom is separated from the living room by a heavy curtain and has a raised cabin style kingsize bed. There is a separate shower room with lavatory and washbasin beside this bedroom. The third bedroom has two single beds and is accessed via wooden open tread stairs.  It has a low sloping ceiling and we suggest it is suitable for children from four to twelve years.  With an oval window overlooking the harbour we think most children will enjoy it.

The living room is open plan with a comfortable sitting area with television and DVD.  There is also a dining area and a superb kitchen with an Everhot electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and water filter.  A washer/dryer is also provided in the shower room.  French doors open from the living room onto the patio overlooking the harbour.  There is a barbecue on the patio and garden furniture is provided.

Castle House Studio has under floor heating.  The cost of heating and electricity is included in the rent.  All bed linen is supplied. Wireless internet access is available. Unloading is possible within 50 yards of Castle House Studio. Parking is available in the car park around 500 yards away. 

A small well behaved pet may be allowed by prior arrangement.
