Couch’s Mill is a peaceful hamlet about 1½ miles from the popular
riverside village of Lerryn. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside
belonging to the Boconnoc estate that was once owned by William Pitt. Fowey
is 5 miles (via the Bodinnick Ferry) and Looe, Polperro and the beautiful
coves at Lantic Bay and Lansallos are all within a short drive. Chy Dama Wyn
is a charming old stone cottage, which many years ago served as the village
shop. It has now been carefully modernised to provide very comfortable
character accommodation.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with full size bunk beds. The double and twin bedrooms have washbasins. The shower-room has an electric shower over, washbasin and toilet. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with a electric wood effect stove, television and video. The dining kitchen is spacious and well equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave and the adjoining utility room has a fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The cottage has oil central heating and the cost of this and all electricity is included in the rent.
All bed linen is supplied and a cot and high chair are available if required.
There is a large level garden (mainly lawn) and ample parking for two cars. The Lerryn River (about 15 feet wide) forms the boundary at the end of the garden.
The nearest shop and The Ship Inn are in Lerryn approximately 1½ miles away. Lostwithiel is 3 miles away and offers a wider range of shops.
One well-behaved dog may be allowed by prior arrangement.

These prices are in £’s Sterling per property, per week, and include VAT where applicable, heating, electricity, bed linen and colour television unless otherwise stated in the description.
Additional costs
A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.
Pets
A well behaved pet (over one year old) may be accepted by prior arrangement at this property. An additional weekly charge of £20 per pet is made and a damage deposit of £30 is also required. Visitors bringing pets must observe the pet rules.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
