Chy Dama Wyn is a charming old stone cottage, which many years ago served as
the village shop. It has now been carefully modernised to provide very
comfortable character accommodation.
There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one
with two single beds and one with full size bunk beds. The double and
twin bedrooms have washbasins. The bathroom has a bath with electric
shower over, washbasin and toilet. On the ground floor there is a large
sitting room with a electric wood effect stove, colour television, video
and basic Sky service. The dining kitchen is spacious and well equipped
with an electric cooker, dishwasher and microwave and the adjoining
utility room has a fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The cottage has oil central heating and the cost of this
and all electricity is included in the rent.
All bed linen is supplied and a cot and high chair are
available if required.
There is a large level garden (mainly lawn) and ample
parking for two cars. The Lerryn River (about 15 feet wide) forms the
boundary at the end of the garden.
The nearest shop and The Ship Inn are in Lerryn
approximately 1½ miles away. Lostwithiel is 3 miles away and offers a
wider range of shops.
One well-behaved dog may be allowed by prior
arrangement.
