| What are the Pet Rules? |
At properties where pets are allowed, an additional charge of
£20 per pet is made and a Damage Deposit of £30 is also required.
Dog owners usually wish to take their pet on holiday with them.
Unfortunately, a few people and their dogs cause problems resulting
in property owners refusing to allow dogs in future. We therefore
ask dog owners to observe the following rules. (a) Dogs must be
under strict control at all times while on the property. (b) Any
fouling of lawns etc. must be cleared up without delay. (c) The
owner must bring the dog’s bed or basket for it to sleep in. (d)
Dogs must not be left alone in the property. (e) Dogs must not be
allowed to lie on beds or chairs and hair must be well cleared up
before departing. (f) We regret that puppies and kittens less than a
year old are not accepted at any of the properties. |

| Are any of the properties suitable for disabled visitors? |
Most of our properties are located in Polruan and Fowey.
Polruan is generally a very steep village with many steps and very
few properties with parking. Fowey is steep in parts, although the
lower part of the town is reasonably level. Like Polruan it has
very limited parking. Many of the properties we offer are very old
and may have several levels or awkward stairs. Some of our more
modern properties are suitable for certain disabled visitors
depending on individual requirements. Please telephone or email for
further information.
