Method 1. Online booking

The availability is shown on each property page. You can tick the week(s) you want and then click the "Make a Booking" button. This will allow you to complete the online booking form. Initially, we will send an email acknowledging your provisional booking. Once we have checked your booking and the necessary payment has been received we will send written confirmation of your booking through the post. Method 2. Telephone booking

If you prefer not to book online or would like to speak to us in person you can telephone our office number (01579) 344667 to confirm availability and make a provisional booking.

Method 3. Using the Booking Form from the brochure

We are still happy to receive bookings through the post. To avoid disappointment please telephone to make a provisional booking before submitting the form.

Payment for all booking methods

We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards or cheque. There are no surcharges for paying with a credit card.

Card payments

Credit or debit card payments can be made on the online booking form using our secure payment gateway. For customers who do not wish to pay online we also offer the option of taking the card details over the telephone.

Cheque

Please submit the online booking form to us and follow the instructions for sending your cheque.

Payment terms

For advanced bookings you can pay a 40% deposit at the time of booking then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking please.

Please note

We will issue formal written confirmation of your booking once the booking form and deposit or full payment is received at our office. To avoid any doubt, a binding contract only comes into effect when we issue the booking confirmation.

Cots and High Chairs

These are available only at the properties which mention them in the description. There is no extra charge for their use. You will need to bring your own cot bedding.

Books & Maps

When you complete the booking form, you can order books and maps from us which will be sent to you with your confirmation. There is no charge for postage and packing. The following are available:

1. Around the River Fowey by Bob Acton - £4.50 - 12 Circular Walks
2. OS Landranger Maps Sheets 200 and 201 - £6.99 each
3. OS Explorer Map Sheet 107 - £7.99 (the best map for Fowey area)
4. Touring Map of Cornwall 1:100,000 - £4.99 an excellent general map of Cornwall

Pets

If you plan to bring a pet with you on holiday please click here to read the pet rules. We will require a separate £30 damage deposit which is refundable after your holiday.
