This charming Cornish cottage is located in the quiet hamlet of Lanteglos Highway just two miles from Fowey and the beautiful coastal area around Lantic Bay and Polruan. Recently refurbished it provides very comfortable accommodation for four people and has good rural views and a pleasant garden. The nearest beaches are all within a short drive and the ferry from Bodinnick  provides easy access to Fowey. It is a great base for walkers being near to the south west coast path and Hall Walk.

Glynn View has three bedrooms. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (one double and one single) and a family bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin.

There is an open plan living room with kitchen and dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. A large sitting room with open beamed ceiling adjoins the living room and has a wood-burner, television, DVD player and CD stereo.

Heating is provided by night storage heaters and the wood-burner. The cost of electricity is included in the rent. All bed linen will be supplied.

The cottage is approached by a short path from the road allowing unloading within 10 yards of the front door. This path also serves the cottage next door which is nearest to the road. A parking space for one car is provided about 25 yards from the cottage. Other parking is available within 100 yards.  

One well-behaved dog may be allowed by prior arrangement.
