This spacious four-bedroom house is located near the centre of Fowey within a few minutes walk of the harbour, quays, shops and inns.  As the name would imply, it has harbour views from the main rooms looking upstream past the church and across the harbour to Polruan. 

There are four bedrooms.  The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and is at the very top of the house. It has sloping ceilings, excellent harbour views and a television.  On this floor there is also a shower room with toilet and washbasin.  The other bedrooms are on the middle floor.  There is a second double bedroom (with a double bed and harbour views), a children’s bedroom with two full size bunk beds (with views of the harbour) and a twin bedroom with two single beds.  A well-equipped bathroom is also located on this floor. 

The living rooms are on the ground floor. There is a large open plan sitting/dining room with a bay window giving views of the harbour. A television and video are provided and there is a flame effect gas fire.  From the living room a few steps lead to the well-equipped kitchen that has a combined gas/electric range cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  There is a separate utility room with a washing machine. The kitchen door opens into a small walled garden with a decked area.  Garden furniture is provided.

All bed linen will be supplied.  The cost of gas central heating and electricity is included in the rent.  A travel cot and high chair are available if required. A telephone for incoming calls only is provided. Except for unloading, there is no parking at this property but the car park is only 350 yards away.
