Set in an elevated position in the picturesque village of Bodinnick, this spacious detached house has arguably one of the best views over the harbour that we offer. Facing south-south-west it enjoys the sun throughout the day and from all the main rooms you can watch boats and ships as they pass in full view of the property. The Old Ferry Inn, ferry to Fowey and superb Hall Walk are all within a few hundred yards and this property has the added benefit of parking and a garden.
Harbourside has four bedrooms. Starting on the top floor, there are three bedrooms (all with excellent views) and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and dual aspect windows overlooking the harbour, the second bedroom has a 5 foot double bed and the third bedroom a single bed. The bathroom has a shower-bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Stairs lead down to the fourth bedroom which has two single beds and is on the same level as the kitchen and dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. From the kitchen a door leads into the rear garden.
A carefully sited dining area provides seating for six and views of the harbour through the sitting room.
The sitting room is large (28' x 12') with exceptional views through sliding patio windows which frame the harbour very nicely. Outside the windows, there is a large sun terrace overlooking the water. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a range of seating, a wood burning stove, flat screen television, DVD player and stereo.
Adjoining the sitting room is an entrance hall with plenty of room for shoes and coats and a shower-room with toilet and washbasin.
Heating is provided by electric underfloor heating, electric panel radiators and the wood-burning stove. The cost of electricity is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels will be supplied. A travel cot and high chair are available if required. Wireless internet access is available.
Outside there is a pleasant rear garden with a sloping lawn and the sun terrace at the front which overlooks the harbour. There is parking space for two cars at the front of the property.
Within half a mile is an excellent slip-way and boat storage facility at Penmarlem Quay. Details of charges for launching can be obtained from Fowey Harbour Commissioners.
As this property is accessed by steps and is on three levels some visitors may find it inconvenient.
We regret pets are not allowed at this property.

These prices are in £’s Sterling per property, per week, and include VAT where applicable, heating, electricity, bed linen and colour television unless otherwise stated in the description.
A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.
Outside the main holiday periods, short break holidays can usually be arranged at the following percentages of the weekly rate.

For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
