dishwasher and fridge freezer.
There is a large living room with a picture window giving uninterrupted
views up the river towards Mixtow. A door leads from the living room to
a pleasant screened balcony with views of the river. There is a bathroom with a
bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet and a utility room with an automatic washing machine and
additional toilet.
The apartment is double glazed and has gas
central heating making it suitable for holidays at all times of the year.
The cost of heating is included in the rent from 1st October until the end of
May. Electricity is included in the rent. Bed linen, colour
television, DVD and Freeview are provided and a cot and high chair are available if
required. A payphone is available for outgoing calls.
Parking beside the property is provided for one
vehicle from the 26th May until 1st September. It is only available from
3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by by 10.00 a.m. on the day
of departure. Within one hundred yards there is a car park, dinghy park
and slip-way making it ideal for boating enthusiasts. A dinghy can be
hired at this property. Please ask for details when booking as
availability is limited. Pets are not allowed at this property.
