Situated only a hundred yards or so from the coastal footpath and some of
Cornwall’s finest scenery Lentino is ideally situated for a holiday home.
From the house and garden there are superb views over Fowey Harbour and the
quay, the shops, the inns and the ferry to Fowey are all within three
hundred yards.
There are three bedrooms one with a double bed and two others with twin beds. The double and one twin bedroom are on the ground floor and the other twin room is a dormer bedroom accessed by stairs. Also on the ground floor is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, lavatory and washbasin, a large sitting room which overlooks the harbour and has a television, a separate dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen equipment includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, television and video.
Lentino has oil fired central heating. The cost of this and electricity is included in the rent. All bed linen will be supplied.
Outside there is a medium sized, level garden overlooking the harbour and parking space for two cars.
A well behaved pet may be allowed by prior arrangement.

What's included?
These prices are in £’s Sterling per property, per week, and include VAT where applicable, heating, electricity, bed linen and colour television unless otherwise stated in the description.
Additional costs
A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.
Pets
A well behaved pet (over one year old) may be accepted by prior arrangement at this property. An additional weekly charge of £20 per pet is made and a damage deposit of £30 is also required. Visitors bringing pets must observe the pet rules.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
