Mill End is a self-contained apartment within the interesting nineteenth
century “Caffa Mill”. It is only 150 yards from the harbour’s edge and is
within ten minutes easy walk of the charming centre of Fowey.
Formerly an important flour mill, the property has been carefully converted by its present owners into a lovely home and two self contained apartments of which Mill End is one. Access to Mill End is via the staircase in the owner’s property but the flat is entirely separate and self contained. Visitors to Mill End will benefit from a warm welcome normally associated with bed and breakfast accommodation but the privacy and convenience of self catering.
The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating, colour television and DVD and a sleeping area with double bed. There is a bathroom with bath (with shower over), washbasin and lavatory. The kitchen/ diner has a gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dining table.
All bed linen is supplied and electricity and heating are included in the rent. Background heating is provided by the central heating and additional heaters are supplied. There is a shared laundry room which visitors are welcome to use.
Parking is available in either of two car parks within 100 yards of the property. A weekly ticket can be purchased. It is possible to unload outside.
A dinghy can be hired at this property. Please ask for details when booking as availability is limited.

What's included?
These prices are in £’s Sterling per property, per week, and include VAT at 15.00% where applicable, heating, electricity, bed linen and colour television unless otherwise stated in the description.
Additional costs
A booking fee of £16 is also charged. Any additional charges such as for books or maps will be added to the cost of your holiday.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
