Pentire is a lovely bungalow that looks out over the river Fowey and has some views to seaward. It provides very comfortable accommodation for three people and is within walking distance of the quays, shops and inns.

The comfortable lounge is equipped with a Villager woodburner for off season use and a colour television, DVD and CD player. There are splendid views up the river to Bodinnick. A glazed door opens onto the Cornish stone sun terrace and the small lawned garden which provides an ideal play area for children.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two singles. The double bedroom has river views. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. Pentire has a well-equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge. In addition the utility room outside contains an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.   Bed linen is supplied and a travel cot and high chair are available if required. Heating is provided by night storage heaters and electricity is included in the rent. Unloading is possible within 10 yards of the bungalow.  The car park is approximately 100 yards away.  Weekly tickets are available. The village shops, pubs and ferry to Fowey are within six hundred yards.

A very small dog may be allowed by prior arrangement.
