This spacious four bedroom house is located in the harbourside village of
Polruan just 300 yards from the quays, shops, inns and ferry to
Fowey. Recently refurbished it provides a high standard of accommodation and
has the benefit of a pleasant rear garden with views of the harbour and
parking for one medium size car. The coastal footpath that leads to the
beautiful unspoilt coves of Lantic Bay and Lantivet and the Hall Walk are
within 200 yards.
Tean has four bedrooms. At the front of the cottage there is a generous double bedroom which overlooks Fore Street and has a carefully sited side window giving pleasant harbour views. Also on this floor are a further double bedroom (with views of the harbour), twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a shower room and bathroom. The shower room has a shower, washbasin and lavatory and the bathroom has a bath, separate shower, washbasin and lavatory. The fourth bedroom is an attic room on the second floor with sloping ceilings, Velux windows and two single beds.
All the living rooms are on the ground floor. There is a spacious living room with windows to two sides (giving some views of the harbour), a wood burning stove, range of comfortable seating, flat screen television, DVD player and a large dining table. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with a large electric range, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in the outhouse which also has an additional toilet and washbasin and useful space for drying boots and coats.
From the kitchen a door leads to the rear garden via a shared right of way and steps. The garden has a lawn and raised deck with good views over the village and the harbour beyond. Garden furniture is provided. Parking is available at the top of the garden for one medium car. Unloading is possible right outside the house. Other car parking is available in the village car park around 250 yards away.
Tean has oil fired central heating making it suitable for holidays at any time of year. The cost of heating and electricity are included in the rent. All bed linen is supplied.

Payment terms
For advanced bookings, you can pay a 40% deposit then the balance one month before the holiday start date. For bookings less than a month away full payment is required on booking.
