Yeate Farm is set in lovely countryside on the outskirts of Bodinnick village. Farming stopped here some years ago and the owners and their family occupy two other properties within the grounds and let The Granary for holidays. Recently refurbished it provides a good standard of accommodation and is very spacious for four. The ferry to Fowey, the Old Ferry Inn and the Hall Walk are all within half a mile. Visitors who want to bring a boat to Cornwall can launch next door at Penmarlem Quay (additional charges apply) which is run by the Fowey Harbour Commission. The inns and shops in Fowey and Lerryn and the nearest beaches are all within a short drive. It is a great base for walkers being near to the south west coast path and Hall Walk.

There are two bedrooms both with pleasant countryside views. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath (with shower over) toiler and washbasin. The other bedroom has two single beds and is served by a spacious shower room with a large shower, toilet and washbasin.

All of the living rooms are downstairs. There is a pleasant sitting room with television and DVD player/recorder and a door opening onto the garden with a lawn and space to sit out. The kitchen diner is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a dining table for six.

The Granary has gas central heating. The cost of all heating and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

There is a level garden at the rear of the property which can be accessed from the sitting room or a gate to the side. Parking is provided for two cars and a boat on a trailer.
