Trehoul
is Cornish for “In the eye of the Sun”, which is particularly apt for this
attractive south facing bungalow. It is on the edge of the hamlet and has
pleasant rural views. There are two bedrooms. One with a double
bed and an en-suite bathroom and the other with a double and a single.
There is a separate shower room with additional toilet and washbasin. There is a
large living
room, sun room and well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge
freezer and an automatic washing machine. There is ducted hot air central
heating and the cost of this and other electricity is included in the rent.
Bed
linen will be supplied and a colour television, DVD and CD player are provided. A cot and high chair
are available if required.
There
are front and rear gardens, a garage for one car and parking space for another. The Old
Ferry Inn and the ferry to Fowey are within 300 yards. The nearest shops
are in Fowey approximately three quarters of a mile via the ferry.
A
well-behaved pet may be accepted by prior arrangement.
