This
traditional Cornish cottage is just twenty-five yards from the waters
edge. It has excellent
harbour views from all the main rooms and having been completely
refurbished provides a high standard of accommodation. Well Court is
in a quiet location just off West Street, a short walk from the quay,
inns, shops and passenger ferry to Fowey.
The coastal path and Hall Walk are both nearby.
There
are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have super views of the harbour. The large bathroom has a bath with shower over, lavatory,
washbasin and bidet. Downstairs,
there is a spacious sitting room with harbour views, colour television,
DVD and an oil-fired "coal effect" stove in the fireplace. Adjoining
the sitting room is a separate dining room with harbour views and ample
seating for four people. The
kitchen is extremely well fitted with bespoke units. Kitchen equipment includes an electric hob and oven,
microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A
freezer and washer dryer are also provided in the cellar.

Outside,
there is a small courtyard to the rear of the kitchen with steps leading
to the cellar. At the front
of the property there is a very small area beside the front door that
overlooks the harbour with room for two garden chairs.
The cellar is large and can be used for storing lifejackets, oars
and other wet gear. All
bed linen is supplied. Well Court has oil-fired central heating. The cost
of heating and electricity are included in the rent.
A telephone is provided for incoming calls only. A travel cot and high chair
are available if required.
Unloading is
possible within 50 yards of Well Court.
Car parking is available approximately 500 yards away.
As the property is approached by a sloping path with steps, some visitors
may find it inconvenient. A dinghy can be hired for use at this property. Please ask for details when booking as availability is limited.
Pets
are not allowed at this property.
Smokers -
Please
do not book this property if any member of your party is a smoker.
