Stairs lead down to the lower floor which has two further bedrooms and a second bathroom with bath (shower over), toilet and washbasin. One bedroom has a king size bed and a washbasin and the other has a pair of three foot single beds.
This property has gas central heating. The cost of all heating and electricity is included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Internet access is freely available for visitors who bring their own laptops.
Unloading is possible within fifty yards of the property. Parking is available in the public car park around four hundred and fifty yards away.
